Here's some marketing work
Moody's - CRE Data Contributor Program
2024 – 2025 | Demand Generation and Marketing Campaign Management
This program was created with the goal of collecting property data to power our flagship real estate platform. Before I was involved, program outreach was run by one person doing manual, 1-to-1 email sends. There was no landing page, no nurture sequence, and no scalable way to generate or qualify interest.
I built a demand generation engine for the program from scratch. That meant learning the value proposition, figuring out why a property owner would genuinely want to join, and turning that into a full funnel consisting of a landing page, email nurture sequences, a promotional video, social content, and brochures.
Over six months, the campaign generated 42 leads expressing interest in joining the program. More importantly, the funnel and its marketing assets were evergreen, meaning it kept running and generating leads without my direct involvement – a significant step up from how outreach was previously done. Moody's - Portfolio View Product Launch
2025 | Product Marketing and GTM
Portfolio managers often source risk data from multiple vendors, which usually makes converting that data in useful insights fragmented and inefficient. However, Moody’s actually houses most of the data a portfolio manager needs, which is what the Portfolio View platform aims to offer. The challenge was how to position and launch a product that conveyed that value proposition clearly.
I led customer and competitor research to understand how portfolio managers actually want to source and use risk data. They don’t want another one-point solution, they want one highly-customizable platform that consolidates everything and can scale up as needed. That shaped our positioning: we framed Portfolio View not as just another standalone platform, but as a gateway to Moody’s broader data and risk analysis ecosystem – start with the basic data in a user-friendly dashboard, and expand with deeper capabilities as needed.
From there I built the marketing and launch assets: messaging and ICP docs, a landing page, email nurtures, and brochures, all pointing toward a free trial offer as the primary conversion event. In the first week post-launch, 10 inbound trial requests came in.
Peek - Speculative Demand Gen Campaign
2026 | Demand Generation and Growth Marketing
This is a spec campaign I built independently using Peek’s publicly available product and marketing information, completed in about a day. The goal was to build a 30-day demand generation campaign for one of their products.
I researched Peek’s AI search visibility product (Peek Discover), their target customers, their existing marketing strategy, and where the real opportunity to generate demand was. My output was a full campaign strategy: audience and product rationale, core message and offer, strategic plan across five marketing and growth channels, a week-by-week playbook, a measurement framework, and a budget efficiency approach.
I’m not affiliated with Peek in any way but I think this spec campaign is a great example of how I approach demand generation and growth marketing, as well as how my product marketing background encourages me to begin with a deep understanding of the end user. View the spec campaign I created here.
Cha Physical Therapy - Digital Marketing & Outreach
2025- 2026 | Freelance Marketing Contract
Cha Physical Therapy is a physical therapy clinic in New York City with a genuinely differentiated treatment approach, but minimal marketing infrastructure to show for it. A friend brought me in on a four-month contract to change that. I had already rewritten the clinic’s website copy and brochure before this engagement, so I knew the brand and value proposition well. This time, the focus was on building channels that would actually bring patients in.
I stood up paid ad campaigns across Google Search, TikTok, and Meta, and refined messaging to speak more directly to prospective patients. Google Search alone drove 8 high-quality patient inquiries in the first two months, which are meaningful results for a small clinic where each patient relationship carries significant lifetime value. I also led outreach to local clinics and physicians to strengthen referral networks, producing personalized emails, letters, and brochures for that effort.
Working inside a sub-5 person team in an industry I had no prior experience in was its own challenge. The healthcare context demanded a different kind of precision regarding compliance, tone, and how you talk about outcomes. I came away with a much sharper understanding of what it takes to do marketing with a small, scrappy team in a highly regulated, relationship-driven space. Visit Cha Physical Therapy.
